What To Write About In Your Journal (+Free Printable)

Journaling Prompts to help you build a journaling habit (+free printable)

Happy New Year everyone! It has been a while since I wrote a proper blog post but I figured the new year was the perfect time to return. The new year is always a great time to try new things and build up old habits again. Just like I want to write more on here, some of you might have set the new years resolution to pick up your old journal again or try journaling for the first time. If so, I hope it is going well and you are enjoying it. From my own experience, I know how exciting it can be to start a new journal. I usually have a lot of ideas in the beginning and can’t wait to get them all on paper. But there is always a point when the excitement wears off and I run out of ideas.

And that is where this post comes in. I want to help you get through that face of not knowing how to continue and help you build your own journaling habit. Therefore I went through my latest journal and put together a list of all the things I like to write about. I hope you can find some inspiration for your own journal. I even put together a printable you can find on the bottom of this post to save on your device or to print out for your own journal.

Let’s see what is on the list:

Journal With Me – Summer 2020 Scrapbook (1)

In the beginning of summer when it became clear that there would be no traveling possible this year my roommate Hannah and I decided to still make it a fun summer. We sat down and created a list which we called Kerria’s and Hannah’s Epic Summer 2020 Bucket List of different projects and things to do at home. It was then when I got the idea to document all of this in a Summer 2020 scrapbook. I have been excited all summer to get started with it and now that it is October and all my pictures I printed I finally sat down to start this new project.

Shop Update: Preview

Exciting things are happening. It seems like I have completely neglegted my blog over the last month but I actually have been working on a bunch new sticker designs. I have been working on them all through July and August so far alongside preparing for my exams and I am more than just excited to finally share them with you.

There are nine sticker sheets and a bunch of single stickers that will be coming to the shop in less than a week. Some of them are remakes of old designs and some of them are completely new. I hope you like them as much as I do.

But enough stalling for now. I want to give you a little preview of what you can expect. As I announced on Instagram yesterday I will be sharing the new designs over the next couple of days in my Instagram story so if you would like to see more make sure to keep an eye out for them.

Recently, after a delay of two weeks, my fourth semester at university started and as it is for almost everyone right now it is taking place online. Now while it being a challenge to adapt to this new situation and deal with everything going on in your life during these crazy times I like to see it as chance and tackle it as well as I can. As for now besides overloaded servers and loading issues online classes are going really good for me.

Before I started this semester I sat down and made some sort of a plan on what I want to do to keep on top of things. Today I want to share these tips with you
